The FRSTPLACE short bands come in two different strengths making them the perfect partner for however you like to train. Made from cotton and an elastane blend, these bands are designed to never roll down during your workout so you can keep working it and come out in FRSTPLACE. 
  • Medium resistance offers between 25-48lb of variable weight resistance.
  • 33 x 8cm - optimal dimensions to keep the band in place whilst you move.
  • Great for glute activation and adding resistance to lower body exercises.
